Where has the time gone? No seriously, who stole the summer? I’m having a hard time coming to terms with the fact that September is just around the corner. It seems like in a blink of an eye July and August have disappeared. If I had to pick one positive thing about summer’s end, it would definitely have to be the joy I get from harvesting our garden. All the lovely colours of zucchini, beets, beans, tomatoes, peas and carrots. I’m trying to soak it all in before the leaves start to change, and fall is upon us.
