Harth has a mission; to step back into the traditions of old-world Italy, where every dinner is an honoured event.

Preparing for their grand opening in 2017, we enacted a full suite of tools to define and launch the restaurant.

Centring the brand identity around the interior design, we created a timeless solution, allowing the cuisine and environment to shine equally in a digital environment. Through photography, we married their traditional aesthetic with modern practicality, using social media to garner an audience and welcome them.

Food photography is a unique challenge as the quality of both freshly grated cheese and natural lighting change rapidly. We overcame this by setting up before opening hours and creating a repeatable shot list to make styling and shooting efficient as dishes arrived fresh from the kitchen.

Harth proudly offers “Pasta Fresca Fatta In Casa,” fresh homemade pasta. We highlighted the chefs, tools, and processes that make their handmade philosophy possible.

Harth’s interior ties everything together. Featuring the crackling hearth in the centre of the space, we showed the stunning design features and cozy nooks throughout the restaurant to welcome people in.

Last but certainly not least, we applied minimal but strong branding to the signage, packaging and menus. Paired with our photography of beautiful interiors and tantalizing food, we capitalized on a growing audience to build 8,000 engaged Instagram followers in their first year.
