It never ceases to amaze us how much can be done in one weekend. This past weekend we hopped in the car and headed North for our first cabin weekend of the summer, and also since last August! Although we’ve seen so much of the world in between, there is something very comforting about spending time with good friends and family in areas as beautiful and calm as Silver Harbour and Winnipeg Beach.

Our weather was sporadic, but the level of fun was not. We managed two bonfires, one 1000 piece puzzle, fishing, frisbee, several delicious meals, episodes of cat-watching, a 45 minute run and many other mini-adventures over the course of 3 days. Summer is (un)officially here, and we can’t wait to begin anew!
