Located in a crowded marketplace without a web presence, their business was going largely unseen. Additionally, their practices were advertised individually, with the public unaware they operated as a team. We were asked to create a brand identity conveying the many qualities they possessed as a group, establishing their credentials in the industry, and most importantly, revealing them to the community at large.
Our first recommendation was to avoid abandoning the hard-earned cache each of their individual names held, but rather to embrace it. Thus, The Furlan Margolis Team was born. Our next order of business was to identify the unique characteristics each team member possessed. Based on these exercises, and extensive research, we created brand identity that positioned them alongside industry leaders, albeit with a fresh, modern persona. Each team member received a brand colour aligning with their individual personality, which co-ordinated with their business stationery and online profiles. A full website was designed and developed, with an emphasis on mobile compatibility, and a robust social media strategy was drafted to augment their online presence and provide them a consistent voice with which to reach their customers.
