Content with their logo, but dissatisfied with their online presence, Vikki and Shannon sought to work with a design team to strategize and re-target their core demographic. This meant an audit of their wedding portfolio, and a lengthy discovery phase with the intent to identify not only their brides past and present, but those they wished to attract in the future.
Solution
Ultimately, All You Need is Love required a brand re-fresh that accurately reflected their approach to custom wedding planning, and a custom website that conveyed a sense of fun, but also of delicate professionalism. Starting with mood boards, we developed a colour palette of gold, peach and charcoal, and a series of geometric elements indicative of traditional wedding decorations (updated for a modern audience). Augmenting these decisions were modern typography choices, and a series of rollover actions that bridged both colour and pattern. The brand was furthered by developing an engaging UI — home page, portfolio, blog and contact page — all completely custom in structure and individual in design execution.
